Learn how to make a medicine pouch/possibles bag from buckskin. It can be worn around your neck or put in a pocket. These bags are traditionally used for carrying herbal medicinals, gemstones, special trinkets, etc. We provide the materials and will also have a variety of beads you can use to customize your medicine bag. An awl is used to poke holes in the buckskin, and we use buckskin thong as the thread to sew the bag together. This is a 2 hour class. You will need to sign up and pay before May 3rd, 2024 to ensure that we have enough supplies for everyone.
